It was a wet Sinulog 2011.

While old folks say a slight drizzle almost always happens during the land procession held the day before the Garnd Parade, this year, it poured liberally drenching thousands of Sto. Niño devotees who joined the annual religious event and flooding some of the city’s major thoroughfares.

Nonetheless, this did not dampen at all the fervor and spirit of the participants.
